These Purple Beaded Ball Earrings are made by Cindy Jamerson of the Seneca Nation. The unique beaded ball with hooks are larger in size, yet are lightweight. These earrings are made with Toho beads in the peyote stitch method.
Peyote stitching is a complex method where each bead is sewn twice and connected to six other beads. Although peyote stitching is more time consuming, it results in works that are ultra-strong and durable.
